Trevor Pilton has 36 years of teaching experience. Trained as Physical Education Specialist, he taught P.E and outdoor pursuits for over 20 years, moved into Educational Management before retiring in 2005 as a senior assistant Headteacher at a large community school. Trevor has been the chief executive of GOAL since its development in 2005.
Mark Harding

Mark Harding is currently Head of Economics at Thomas Rotherham College, a large 6th form college in South Yorkshire. Mark also teaches Business, IT and General Studies as well as running the college’s football and cricket teams. Mark is widely experienced in team-building and the development of marketing tactics to promote projects.

Chelsea Roper

Chelsea Roper is a History with Art graduate who first got involved with youth work through the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. Chelsea has been involved with youth work since starting secondary school. Her main expertise are with the creative side of things and she loves working with young people enjoy promoting team building through fun and practical activities.

Jamie Smith

Jamie Smith is currently working teaching English as a foreign language. Jamie’s work with GOAL has enabled him to have experience of working with young people of over 30 nationalities in 14 countries in the last five years alone. His experience has led him to develop expertise in the planning, preparation, delivery and evaluation of a vast range of youth exchange projects and summer schools across Europe, Asia and Africa. The highlights of his work include the Millennium Youth Film Project (Ethiopia) and trekking in the Himalayas (India/Nepal).
